1. Account Data
When you sign up we collect your email, name, and nickname. This data is used to identify you on the platform and to communicate important account information.
2. Profile Data
Profile details you add — bio, position, location, banner, avatar — are visible to other users of the platform. Do not include sensitive personal information you would not share publicly.
3. Event Participation
Registrations, check-ins, match results, and staff assignments are stored so we can power event rosters, rankings, and history.
4. Uploaded Images
Avatars, banners, team logos, and event covers are stored in our hosting backend and served publicly through the app.
5. Notifications and Emails
We send in-app notifications and transactional emails for events you took action on (registrations, invites, organizer/staff updates, password resets). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
6. How We Use Your Data
We use the data above strictly to operate the platform: authentication, ranking computation, event management, moderation, and abuse prevention.
7. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers that help us run the platform (hosting, email delivery) under appropriate confidentiality terms.
8. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account through the in-app contact channels.
